The same stress in our daily lives that makes us yearn for a spa experience often keeps us from taking the time out from a busy schedule to book a day of relaxation. Even with time, a day at the spa can be a big hit to wallet.

Soft and Relaxing: Creating the right ambience is half the work done when it comes to relaxation. choose a comfortable but warm place for a self-massage. Be sure that you are not sitting directly on ground. A massage makes your body warm. Sitting on a cold floor( even in summers) is not recommended. Masseurs also believe that all your positive energies escape if you are in direct contact with the floor. Now dim the lights and avoid white light. The spa treatment services for your facial and body skin involve deep cleansing, exfoliating, massaging, toning and moisturizing. These treatments remove the damaged epidermal layers to reveal younger, healthier-looking skin. Both facials and body treatments, cleanse the deep-seated impurities, stimulate blood circulation and hydrate the skin surface.

Random Tip: Home Remedy for Oily Skin- Take 1/3 cup cocoa, three teaspoons of heavy cream, 1/3 cup ripe papaya, 1/4 cup cup honey and three teaspoons of oatmeal powder. Mix it all together. Apply on your face. After 10 minutes, wash your face with warm water. This is best for oily skin.

To begin your facial treatment start by hanging your head over the sink as you allow the hot water to run. You can even place the large towel over your head and shoulders creating a barricade, keeping the steam in, to open your pores. Close the drain, and turn the water off once the sink is full. Sit in this position for as long as you can stand it, or at least 5 minutes, adding more steam as needed. In doing so you are not only opening your pores but your lungs as well.
